Our Mothers day three course menu is priced by entree and includes your choice of starter and dessert.

 

                                  SMALL PLATES

 

  • Turtle Soup - Creole style with sherry.
  • Torched Oysters - Grilled half shell oysters with garlic butter and Parmesan cheese.
  • Crawfish Au Fromage - Crawfish tails simmered in wine and cream over a brie cheese wedge. Served with Frech bread.
  • Big Sur Chopped Smoked Ahi - House smoked over oak, minced with roasted pablanos, diced onion and olive oil. served with corn chips.
  • Creole Tomato & Palm Hearts Salad - Tropical Guava viniagrette.
  • Chinese Char Shu Pork - Roast red pork sliced and served over an Asian noodle salad.

  • Blackened Gulf Fish - Crab meat hollandaise, brabant potatoes and asparagus. - 29.00

 

  • Chardonnay Poached Salmon - Dill cream, marinated vegetable salad, artichoke risotto. - 28.00

 

  • Two Tails & Spicy Grits - Pan seared jumbo shrimp over spicy stone ground cheese grits, smothered in a crawfish and mushroom ragout. - 28.00

                                   

  • Eggs Annunciation - Twin grilled muffins crowned with grilled Pouche's andouille, poached eggs, roasted red peppers and hollandaise. served with brabant potatoes and fresh fruit medlee.  - 25.00

 

  • Grits & Grillades - Veal tips simmered with peppers, onions and mushrooms in a veal reduction sauce with stone ground cheese grits. - 25.00

 

  • Crispy Chicken with Lemons & Olives - Oven roasted half chicken smothered in a Northern Italian sauce with sliced lemons and chopped olives. Served with artichoke risotto and portabella fries. - 26.00

 

  • Shrimp & Scallops Puff Pastry - Seasoned shrimp and scallops skillet broiled with lemon, garlic and herb infused olive oil. Served in a puff pastry bowl. - 27.00

 

  • Guava Duck - Oven Roasted half duckiling sautted with a tropical guava-red wine reduction, over rum roasted sweet potatoes and asparagus. - 29.00

 

  • Adobo BBQ Ribs - Smokey baby backs basted with a spicy adobo BBQ. Served with fries and roasted corn. - 24.00

 

  • MAMA'S DAY FILET - Center cut filet topped with a poached yard egg and crowned with hollandaise. Served with brabant potatoes and asparagus.
