SOUS CHEF

We seek the best in the business. This is a great career path for experienced kitchen personnel looking to make a leap into management. You will train to handle the administration of a kitchen and people management, while maintaining our high quality standards.

MANAGEMENT

We offer a career pathway that combines a wholistic approach to restaurant management. We train managers in all aspects of the business. Teaching and holding high standards of kitchen execution, as well as, having an intensely focused front of the house presence. We also develop time management skills, teach inventory procedures, administrative duties and P&L responsibility.
